When Eastern European criminals Oleg and Emil come to grab their share of a heist score, Oleg steals a video camera and starts filming their activities, both illegal and legal. When they know how the American media circus may make a remorseless killer look as the victim and also make them rich, they target media-savvy NYPD Homicide Detective Eddie Flemming and media-naive FDNY Fire Marshal Jordy Warsaw, the cops exploring their murder and torching of these former companion, filming what things to sell into the community tabloid television show"Top Story."
