18 Again! Is a 1988 comedy film starring George Burns and Charlie Schlatter. The storyline calls for a grandson switching spirits together with his grandfather. This was clearly one of a series of films that are UN related, such as Father, Like Son and Vice Versa, manufactured in the 1980s involving a similar plot line.
