The Boyajian family learned of 18-year-old John's passing in the Persian Gulf War on Christmas Eve and have not haven't celebrated Christmas since. They have been so absorbed by his departure that they have abandoned the joys of christmas, until a mysterious visitor enters their lifestyles and rekindles the spirit of their entire year.
