Different cultures clash during an uncomfortable New England dinner party in 1959. When a progressive multiracial couple has dinner at the beautiful home of an ordinary artist and dubious therapist, the tables are turned. By morning, they have become pawns in a cynical game, and the flaws in their masks have been laid bare.
