Dependent on New Zealand writer Janet Frame's autobiographical work, this production depicts the author at a number of stage of her entire own life. Afflicted with emotional and mental issues, Frame grows up and experiences tragedies while still in her youth, like two of the siblings' deaths. Portrayed as an adult by Kerry Fox, Frame finds out acclaim on her writing whilst still and her success helps her move on with her life.
