Betrayed by an informant, Philippe Gerbier finds himself trapped at a prison camp that is torturous. Though Gerbier exacts his revenge on the informant, and flows to rejoin the Resistance in occupied Marseilles, France, he must keep on a seemingly endless battle against the Nazis in an atmosphere of paranoia anxiety and distrust.
