Landing in prison for a petty theft offense, Alvin finds himself sharing a cell with John Jaster, the half the pair of hightech thieves. Bristol, his partner, continues to be at large. Alvin wants just to get out of prison and start fresh with his girl friend, Lisa, also if the Feds, led by U.S. Treasury investigator Clenteen, set him loose on a sketchy deal, he believes his luck has changed.
