Jonathan Ecks, an FBI representative, realizes that he must join with his lifelong enemy, Agent Severa DIA representative with whom he could be in mortal combat, in order to defeat a frequent enemy. That enemy is rolling out a"micro-device" which may be injected into victims so as to kill them .
