King Henry II of England has Problem with the Church. He's got an excellent idea, As soon as the Archbishop of Canterbury expires. As opposed to appoint yet another pious cleric loyal to the Church and Rome, he will appoint Thomas Becket, his drinking and wenching friend , technically a deacon of their church, to the post. Unfortunately, the work is taken by Becket and more able opposition.
