Jones is actually a secret agent who has gone concentrating on teaching the arts. The school is conducted with a coot named Pops,played with Scatman Crothers. His gambling debts bring the thug, Pinky, down . To make things even worse, Pinky is hired with some white thugs who would like to get hold of their property Pops' school occupies they can build a retail center. Blackbelt Jones jumps into action, when things get heavy. Just he's not alone. Pops' daughter, Sidney, shows up to give a hand, demonstrating herself just as powerful and agile a martial artist as Jones.
