Chui Chik attempts to lead a quiet life as being a librarian. However, he is really a former test subject for a highly secretive supersoldier project and also the instructor of some special commando unit known as"701." The 701 team is employed for government assignments, but once a few of the representatives interrupts a group of policemen within a uncontrollable anger, the government makes the decision to abort the project and eliminate the issues. Chui Chik helped the 701 agents flee the extermination effort. Having escaped, Chui Chik went different ways out of his team. He finds that the rest of the team have been in charge of a crime spree that was beyond the capability of the police. He sets out to prevent themdonning a disguise and employing the superhero alias of"Black Mask". Having lost the capacity to feel pain on account of the surgery Black Mask is invulnerable.
