A man suddenly goes blind when he thinks about his ex-girlfriend, but the doctors are unable to determine what's wrong with his eyes. They implanted him with a prototype of a technology that uses electrodes placed on the brain in conjunction with a computer interface to give him the ability to see. During this time, a taxi driver is carrying young women up to their apartments, giving them gas, and then doing a little fatal amateur surgery on them. Their travels will inevitably bring them together, at which point the blind man will have to attempt to thwart the psychopath.
