From the suburbs of Miami, seemingly ordinary Egyptian immigrant Fuad Ramses (Mal Arnold) runs a successful catering firm. He murders plans and young women to make use of their own body parts to bring back the goddess Ishtar. The mad Ramses hypnotizes that a socialite as a way to land a project catering an event for her debutante daughter, Suzette Fremont (Connie Mason), also turns the event to a night of gruesome deaths, damn dismemberment and ritual sacrifice.
