A new physician has arrived in a Spanish community. As soon as he begins to interact with the local populace, he is shocked by their peculiar behavior. Young people make fun of him, a man named Gonzalo appears to be a leader, and when he tries to inquire about the situation, he is asked to leave the area. All his questions get no answer. His neighbor is a stunning and attractive young woman who teaches in the community. They create a genuine relationship from the very beginning, which develops into love. Unfortunately, Gonzalo believes that the young teacher is entirely "reserved" for him, and he responds violently. In the meantime, the doctor discovers the cause of this peculiar behavior. During a local celebration some years ago, drug addicts assaulted the community to steal money and commodities. There was a brawl in which several individuals, including Gonzalo's son, were killed. Gonzalo and others afterwards began their "crusade" against drug addicts.
