One of the moon capsules returns to Africa, where a little-known tribe finds it. Washington sends Matthew Merriwether to retrieve it, assuming he's an authority on the region. When Matthew and Luba get at their destination, they discover that the tribe believes the capsule is sacrosanct and won't give it up.
