Billy Bigelow was dead for 15 decades. Out the pearly gates, he long ago waived his best to go back to Earth for each day. He's heard that a problem is with his family: notably with his child, née Jordan, and his wife Julie Bigelow he has never met. He'd like to head back to assist in rectifying the problem.
