United state marshal Britt MacMasters returns from a goal to locate his dad wounded and his boy abducted by the hooligan Jed Blake. Warm on their route, Britt creates a posse with a gunslinging replacement and a calm Pawnee tracker. But Jed as well as Britt walk dangerously near to the Red Desert's Sioux area.
