Stoned Cheech and Chong tear throughout Los Angeles' city, causing trouble. After Cheech loses his occupation, the 2 bud enthusiasts head into the welfare offices where Cheech's girl friend works. They end up thrown back to the roads, hunting for a way to earn income that is brand new. But if Cheech's cousin,"Red" Mendoza, arrives, things get even crazier.
