Jack Deebs can be a cartoonist who's expected to be released from prison. His comic book"Cool World" describes a zany world inhabited by"doodles" (cartoon characters) and"noids" (humanoids). What Jack did not understand is that Cool World really does exist, and a"doodle" scientist has only perfected a machine which connects Cool World together with the world. As he knows not everything in Cool World is strictly favorable, intrigued in seeing his creating come into life, Jack is nonetheless wary.
