Gang leader Tony pulls off a significant diamond heist along together with his team, but cop-turned-criminal Ling knows who reacts by holding her for ransom and kidnapping the girl of Tony and has the loot. Tony's lost the diamonds as well. Tony pairs with a government agent who formerly worked together with Ling and seeks revenge , as he searches for his daughter along with also the stones.
