A strange medical examination performed on a naked woman by multiple physicians and scientists reveals that their latest patient had committed herself prior to giving birth to one of the mutant animals they had placed within her body. In order to acquire a new donor/victim in the shape of a young girl, an investigation squad of scientists head out into the streets of the city accompanied by a gigantic human mutant cyclops creature. There will be gore and Z-Grade mayhem.
