The narrative of a hapless number of also a run down cab company and cabbies possessed by Harold. Albert concerns town with a dream of starting their or her own cab company but needs to motivate Harold's employees to wish to make something out of these. It is when Albert is kidnapped that the cabbies must choose whether or not they have been loyal to Albert and his cause.
