In a American town, a set of bands that are teens with each other to create a bunch of gunslingers, the Dandies. Adhering to a hint of pacifism they all carry firearms, the group eventually lets in Sebastian, the grandson of Dick's childhood nanny. Dick and company try to protect Clarabelle, however, events that push against the gang beyond posturing.
