Louis, who has an intellectual handicap, was falsely charged with killing his sister Delia and received a 5-year prison term. When he is freed, one of the last guys to see her alive visits him and makes the implication that there was more to her murder than first appears. Louis sets out on a personal quest to identify the perpetrators of Delia's enigmatic death armed with this new knowledge.
