After a madman called'Scorpio' San Francisco, hardnosed cop, Harry Callahan -- famous to law authorities -- is tasked with hunting down the psychopath. Harry collars Scorpio of bolstering a kidnap victim from the practice, only to see him walk on technicalities. The maverick detective is determined to nail the maniac himself.
