Back in 1957, Evan Rendell flees after his dad is lynched for killing numerous patients in his campaign to find a replacement center for his ailing wife. After 3-5 decades, Evan escapes from a mental institution and returns killing residents one off. Evan finds out Jennifer comes with a heart condition and decides to make her final victim After Jennifer and her friends break into the Rendell house out of fascination.
