Talented rookie race car driver Jimmy Bly begins to slide in the race positions and has started losing his attention. It's Bly's love with his competitor's girlfriend Sophia as well as no wonder, with the pressure being shoveled upon him by his promoter brother. Car owner Carl Henry brings former racing star Joe Tanto on board to help Bly, with riding on Bly. Tanto must deal with the emotional scars left over from the tragic racing accident which nearly took his life, to induce back Bly again to the peak of the ranks.
