U.S. Marshall John Kruger erases the identities of people enrolled in the Witness Protection Program. His present assignment is to guard Lee Cullen, who is found evidence that for has been attempting to sell groups. While trying to safeguard Lee's, when Kruger finds that there's a representative within the program, he must guard their life.
