Buck (Gary Busey) is a Vietnam War veteran who has just been released from prison. When he gets home, he discovers a deadly motorcycle gang terrorizing the village. Buck and his pals arm themselves to the teeth and wage war on the gang to eliminate them once and for all after the bikers murder his wife and traumatize his daughter.
