Rita Rizzoli is just a narcotics cop having plenty of disguises. When a drug shipment is hijacked, the thieves don't realize that the drug is remarkably pure and packs of'Spartan Beauty' begin turning up next to many dead bodies. Mike works for the initial owner of those drugs and attempts to tell himself that since he fails to handle the drugs, he is'clean'. Mike becomes the constant company of Rita.
