Amusing homage to Bruce Lee's martial arts classic featuring a Stephen Chow. The story is about Sing (Stephen Chow), a Mainlander who came to Hong Kong (does not it seem familiar?) To get his cousin. He meets up using Siu (Kenny Bee) and hookup with different kung fu schools, in the expectation of winning a 10 million dollar prize in the fighting contest.
