New York concierge Doug Ireland wants to venture into business for himself and pay a resort on Roosevelt Island, N.Y., however he needs an investor. Doug insists to help wealthy Christian Hanover conceal his affair with salesgirl Andy Hart out of his own wife, with a couple weeks before his option onto the site runs outside. Despite his allure to Andy, Doug attempts to stay centered on becoming Christian to get $3 million in his project.
