After a giant dinosaur skull is stolen, then the head of the Chinese spy decides to assign the case to the force's most incompetent deny: a rural butcher who moves around all day long drinking martinis (shaken, not stirred). With a contact who attempts to kill him and a trunkload of gadgets the agent must find the skull in order to discover out exactly what is going on here.
