The General/M. Bison, a criminal, is trying to rule the world in 2043. The General, Kent (Ken), Thai King (Sagat), and Toyota (E. Honda) fly to 1993 to kill the government official before he can take office. During a confrontation with The General's minions, the Future Cops Lung (Ryu), Broom Man (Guile), Ti Man (Vega), and Ah-Sing (Dhalsim) learn of their wicked plan and decide to return back in time to defend the official.
