Two corrupt cops have a highly successful, apparently perfect money making strategy - that they also blame the crimes, kill the dealers, and sell medication they seize out of dealers. Their scheme is going along smoothly until they kill an undercover DEA agent posing as a dealer, then try to cover up their own crime.
