In London, after investigating crack addicted junkies Amy Klein sees a bizarre video tape at which a underground bunch of youths in Bucharest apparently becoming zombies. Amy finds Marla dead with a puzzle block inside her hands. She brings the object and opens it, beginning her journey to hell.
