Danny O'Brien is in action fighting with the Simon Moon, also known as The Terror. Three years earlier in the day O'Brien had captured The Terror and has been predicted Hero by the people of L.A.. Now Simon it has begun murdering women again and has now escaped, and O'Brien may be the only man who can stop him.
