Since the Black Flame Candle was lighted and the sisters from the 17th century were brought back to life by someone, it has been 29 years, and now they are out for vengeance. In order to prevent the voracious witches from spreading a new type of havoc on Salem before dawn on All Hallow's Eve, it is now up to three high school kids to stop them.
