Stanley Ford leads an bachelor life. He's a nationally syndicated cartoonist whose Bash Brannigan series provides him with a luxury townhouse and a full-time valet, Charles. When he wakes up the morning following the night - he had attended a friend's stag party - he also discovers that he is wed into the beautiful woman who popped out of this cake - and that doesn't speak a word of English.
