The story of the HMS Torrin, from it's construction to its sinking in the Mediterranean throughout activity in World War II. The ship's initial as well as only regulating police officer is Captain E.V. Kinross, that trains his guys not only to be dedicated to him and the nation, but-- most significantly-- to themselves.
