When Doug's dad, an Air Force Pilot, is taken down by MiGs owned by a state, no one appears able to catch him out. Doug finds an Air Force Colonel who's fascinated with the idea of turning two fighters and Doug to rescue Doug's dad after bombing the MiG base, Chappy.
