When building and construction on Key Road threatens to put the community's shops closed, mayor Alex Foster decides to toss a Xmas market to improve sales. To do it though, she'll have to encourage the reclusive Darcy Hawkins to hold it at his household's old mill, raising old family feuds and triggering love in the process.
