In this beautiful animated story, Pardon-me Pete (Buddy Hackett), the state groundhog of Groundhog Day, tells the story of Jack Frost, who falls in love with a beautiful young woman and also begs Father Winter to make him human so that she is able to watch him. His petition has been given, but only on the condition that by the spring he's got a home, a bag of stone , a horse and a wife--a tall order! However, Jack finds that life as a human is harder then he thought. Is kidnapped by the Cossack who's currently not able to destroy the town. Nevertheless the one way that he is able to save the town and her is always to have his own magic powers . Jack Frost is!
