Actor and action choreographer Hsu Hsia didn't waste his chance to direct, enlisting the services of three additional kung-fu designers. Jen Shih-kuan (Once Upon A Time In China), skilled martial artist Jen Shih-kuan (Snake In The Eagle's Shadow), and ferocious Huang Cheng-li (Snake In The Eagle's Shadow) battle for control of the city.
