Scamp, lady and Tramp's mischievous pup, has sick and tired of limitations and rules imposed on him by life at a family group, and longs for a way of life that was wild and absolutely completely free. He runs away from home and in the streets where he unites a pack of stray dogs called the"Junkyard Dogs" Buster, the package's boss, takes an instant disliking to the"house-dog" and considers him a competition. A junk yard pup the era of Scamp, angel, longs for the safety and comfort of life at a household and the two eventually become companions.
