Locked during Halloween 1962, young Frank witnesses the ghost of a girl and the man who murdered her years past. Shortly afterward where a mystical Lady lives, he discovers himself stalked by the killer and is interested in an old house. He finds that the killer may be someone near him as he finds the secret of the lady.
