Michael Chapman was a kid television sensation in his youth. When he matures and is unable to find work, he and his brother establish their own talent agency specializing in kid acts. They are unable to locate the next great thing and are forced to work with another agency that is not above bribing children to sign with them. Michael encounters a young girl who is a true spitfire one day and believes she may be the person they are looking for.
