This documentary about inoperable cancer is encouraging. Eight years after his diagnosis, Gordon began reading LGBT comic comics to face his worries. He uses humor to explore death and disease taboos, incorporating many of the excellent caregivers and nurses he meets into his expressively painted universe. It's a long-distance romance between Edinburgh and Virginia. Gordon can teach us about love, life, and death.
