Chin Chin Chu wants a dragon figurine to make an alloy stronger than Goemon's Zantatsu Sword. The Titanic's dragon statue is below decks. He offers Lupin, Jigen, and Fujiko the opportunity to steal it for him, but Lupin declines, since his grandpa Arsene Lupin tried to steal it before the Titanic sank. Goemon and Kikyo, his boyhood companion, work together to keep the Iga Clan pride and save the dragon from evil.
