Loving but irresponsible dad Daniel Hillard, estranged by his exasperated spouse, is ruined by a court order allowing just weekly visits to his own kids. He gets the job when Daniel finds his ex needs a housekeeper. Soon he becomes the kind of parent he should've been from the start although his kids best pal.
